The form constitutes a request for a quote or booking, not a confirmed booking. The quote and journey arrangements are agreed directly before the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy:

  • More than 72 hours before:full refund, no charge.
  • From 48 to 72 hours before:10% of the total amount invoiced.
  • From 24 to less than 48 hours before:30% of the total amount invoiced.
  • Less than 24 hours before:100% of the total amount invoiced.

Booking changes:

Any request to change the date, time, route or vehicle remains subject to availability and may lead to a price adjustment.
