This information is saved to prepare and follow up on your request. It is not displayed publicly. The form indicates the outcome of saving the information and sending the notification.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy:

  • More than 72 hours before:full refund, no charge.
  • From 48 to 72 hours before:10% of the total amount invoiced.
  • From 24 to less than 48 hours before:30% of the total amount invoiced.
  • Less than 24 hours before:100% of the total amount invoiced.

Booking changes:

Any request to change the date, time, route or vehicle remains subject to availability and may lead to a price adjustment.
